The actor has signed a record-breaking three-year deal with the fashion house for $20 million.

The deal is the highest-ever contract for Dior men’s fragrance campaigns. The highest-paid male previous to Depp’s deal was Robert Pattison’s $12 million deal signed over 10 years ago, as per Variety.
Johnny Depp and Dior have long-standing working history, as the actor has been working with the brand since 2015.
Dior continued working with Depp even after the actor’s recent legal battles.
The actor received $10.35 million in damages, while his former partner, Amber Heard, was awarded $2 million.

Since then, Depp has been focusing on his career, as an insider told People in April. In 2022 Depp toured with his rockstar friend Jeff Beck, and this year has made a French-language movie called ‘Jeanne Du Barry’, where he plays King Louis XV.
The movie will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival on May 16.
“As soon as his tour ended, he jumped into filming ‘Jeanne Du Barry’”, the insider said. “Filming was challenging, but Johnny is excited about the comeback.”
“He thinks it’s perfect that this historical drama will open at Cannes,” the source continued. “Johnny has been living in Europe since the trial. He has been dating, but doesn’t have a girlfriend.”
Depp is also set to direct the upcoming film ‘Modi’, a movie based on the stageplay ‘Modigliani’ by Dennis McIntyre.
Additionally, the actor is scheduled to tour Europe with Alice Cooper and Joe Perry, with whom make up his rock band, Hollywood Vampires.
