The track called Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine, was shared by the rapper on X on Saturday, despite former wife Kim Kardashian’s attempts to block its release.
The song begins with an intro featuring a phone conversation between West and Combs with ‘Diddy’ saying: “I wanna just thank you so much for just taking care of my kids, man. Ain’t nobody reach out to them, ain’t nobody call them.” West replies stating: “Absolutely, I love you so much man. You raised me. Even when I ain’t know you, know what I’m saying?
The track features Combs' son King and West’s daughter North along with “new Yeezy artist from Chicago” Jasmine Williams.
Beef with Kim
West also shared now-deleted screenshots of a text conversation between himself and North’s mother, Kim Kardashian. In the messages, she revealed that she had trademarked their eldest child’s name in an attempt to prevent the song from being released.
In the exchange Kardashian posts: “One person has to trademark! We agreed when they were born i would get all of our kids names and trademarks, so no would else would take them.”
However, Kanye was quick to shoot Kim down, saying: “Amend it or I’m going to war And neither of us will recover from the public fallout.”
