Lil Wayne is the latest big name to enter the housing market after accepting a $28 million offer for his waterfront island mansion in Miami Beach.

The 40-year-old rapper bought the 10,632-square foot property for $17 million four years ago, meaning he’s set to picket a tidy profit of $11 million from the sale.

The property was initially listed back in September with an asking price of $29.5 million, with the lower price seemingly doing the trick.

TMZ reports the offer was accepted on February 3, with Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman representing the singer.

The listing says the property features seven-bedrooms, 11-bathrooms and all sorts of amenities, including a cabana, outdoor kitchen and reflecting pool.

There is also a massive living room with a 22-foot ceiling, as well as a movie theater featuring suede wall coverings.

It’s also located in a gated community on Allison Island, meaning the new owner will have privacy.

TMZ adds that Lil Wayne can hold off on finding a new home if he needs to, as he’s currently staying in a $15.4 million mansion in Hidden Hills.

Jim Carrey

Jim Carrey is also saying goodbye to his two-acre estate in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood.

The comedian has lived there for close to 30 years, but he told The Post the time has come for a change.

“For three decades it’s been a sanctuary for me but I don’t spend a lot of time there now and I want someone else to enjoy it like I have,” said Carrey.

Carrey reportedly bought the property for $3.8 million back in 1994, but is looking to earn $28.9 million from the sale.

Jennifer Lopez

After recently tying the knot with Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez has put her Bel Air mansion up for sale.

The singer bought the property from Sela Ward back in 2016 for $28 million, but she’s now looking to pocket $42.5 million from the sale.

The estate covers an estimated 14,000 square feet and features a private beach, a cottage for guests, a putting green and a pagoda with a fire pit.

Luke Bryan

Country singer Luke Bryan is ready to move on from his four-bed, four-bath Florida beachfront home.

Called ‘Snowman’ in honour of his late brother Chris, the singer bought the property for $2.5 million back in 2013.

The property is listed for $18 million and is fully-furnished. It’s located in gated property on over an acre of land just off the 30A highway.
