Pink announces new tour: when does the Trustfall tour begin?
Pink announced the details of her latest tour right after unveiling her newest album.
After announcing the release of her new album, ‘Trustfall,’ Pink has announced she is embarking on a 14-stop tour across North America in support of the new LP.
The tour will kick off on October 12 in Sacramento, California, with the artist visiting major cities across the U.S. and Canada. General tickets for the tour will go on sale Friday, February 24 at 10 a.m. local time.
A busy year for the artist
Pink’s Trustfall Tour follows her Summer Carnival Tour, which will begin in June in England, traveling to mainland Europe, followed by dates in North America.
The artist also recently added dates in Australia for February, and New Zealand in March.
And there’s little rest for the artist. The Trustfall Tour will commence right after the last date of the Summer Carnival, which concludes on October 9 in Phoenix, Arizona.
She’s also booked to appear on NBC’s ‘Today Show’ and CBS’ ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’ on February 21.
“It’s a festival and a lovefest,” Pink said about the Summer Carnival. “Every performance I get to do new things, so I’m always trying to top it. And it’s going to start getting really hard to do that because I’ve done the craziest stuff. But we’re always on the lookout for new cool things that you might not die from.”
‘Trustfall’ is one of the artist’s favorite albums
“I think it is one of the best records I’ve ever made,” the artist said in a Billboard interview.
“It was so easy to name the record. I feel like getting out of bed, and getting dressed, and dropping your kids off at school, and being in a relationship, and parenting, and participating in elections — it requires a lot of trust. And most of the time, we feel like we’re falling backwards, and we don’t know where the ground is.”
The heartfelt album is sure to make fans dance and cry, particularly the song ‘When I Get There’ dedicated to her father who recently passed away.
How to buy Trustfall Tour tickets
To get tickets for the upcoming Trustfall Tour, presale tickets will be available for Verizon customers from Tuesday, February 21 until February 23 online.
General sale tickets will be available on Friday, February 24 via LiveNation and TicketMaster, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
