The SNL sketch making fun of Taylor Swift the popstar tried to stop from airing: “I do not negotiate with terrorists”
Back in 2015, Swift asked Saturday Night Live producer Lorne Michaels to cut a ‘Bad Blood’ skit.

According to a new story in New York Magazine, Taylor Swift and SNL producer Lorne Michaels crossed swords back in 2015.
The singer-songwriter was unhappy with a video skit based on her ‘Bad Blood’ video and asked for the sketch to be pulled from the show.
Apparently Michaels reached out to Swift to appear in the skit and after her rebuffal and subsequent request for the spoof to be cut, the Canadian television executive allegedly replied: “Taylor, I do not negotiate with terrorists.”
The following week, Swift reportedly sent Michaels a bouquet of flowers with the note, “I hope there’s no bad blood.”
The flowers obviously did the trick as the singer-songwriter has been invited to perform on SNL as a musical guest on three occasions, in 2017, 2019, and 2021.
