Breaking Bad
This is the incredible asking price of Walter White’s Breaking Bad house for sale in Albuquerque
The New Mexico house as owned by Walter White during the series is on the market for sale.
For any Breaking Bad fans thinking of moving to Albuquerque where the iconic series was based, we have good news and bad news for you.
The good news is that you now have the chance to live in the house as inhabited by Walter White (Bryan Cranston), wife Skyler and children Walter Jr. and baby Holly. The bad news is that to become the owner of the property at 3828 Piermont Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111, one will need to hand over the $4m, which is over 10 times the asking price of similar houses in the same area.
The house still apparently attracts hundreds of fans per day with the series still holding massive appeal despite the last episode airing more than a decade ago.
Breaking Bad museum
Current owner Joanne Quintana claims: “I hope the potential buyers make it what the fans want, they want a museum or hotel or an Airbnb and they want access to it”.
While the home is listed for $4 million, estate agent Zillow estimates the modest three-bedroom, one-bath house is worth closer to $350,000, though that does not take into account the fan appeal, which could either raise or lower its value depending on the buyer.
The White abode consists of: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large dining and living rooms and a kitchen spread across 1,910 square feet with an attached two-car garage and a pool and covered barbecue area holding court in the private backyard.
