Update:

Every gesture President Donald Trump makes is scrutinized—every image, smile, grimace, tousled strand of hair, or even a heavier-than-usual layer of makeup.

During a recent press conference, some could not help but notice that the president, known for his fake tan, was looking even more orange than usual.

Trump stood alongside his Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., after announcing a plan to cut prescription drug prices by 59 percent. But beyond the policy announcement, the president’s appearance sparked a wide range of reactions.

Alarmingly orange...

It wasn’t a case of overly saturated images or manipulated lighting. His face did look that orange. “Donald Trump is extremely orange today” became one of the most repeated comments on social media.

That orange-toned makeup might be an attempt to cover up extreme fatigue, or possibly the effects of a treatment that leaves marks on the skin.

White House claims that President Trump is in perfect health

Trump turns 79 on June 14. Months ago, a doctor analyzed the serious issue of his chronic insomnia and how sleeping so little could impact his decision-making. “We know from extensive research that consistently sleeping less than six hours a night poses a serious health risk. Sleep deprivation directly affects the brain,” said Henri Tuomilehto, a Finnish physician specializing in sleep disorders.
