Billionaire tech businessman who has publicly endorsed Trump buys $23M mansion just minutes from White House
Getting the approval of the United States president seems to be vital for many of the big earners of the business world.

One of the country’s most powerful tech billionaires has quietly snapped up a $23 million mansion just minutes from the White House – a purchase that’s triggering questions, and not just about real estate.
Trump and Vance have a new neighbor
The off-market deal, completed in March via a Delaware shell company, landed the buyer a 15,400-square-foot fortress in one of DC’s wealthiest enclaves. Set on a rare one-acre lot near Embassy Row, the home features two kitchens, a full basketball court, and potentially more security than some of the embassies nearby. It also sits just a few blocks from the official residence of Vice President JD Vance. There’s a lobby joke in here somewhere!

The mansion appears part of a growing pattern. In the past three years, several tech elites – not all conservatives, I should point out – have made permanent moves to DC. Peter Thiel, Jeff Bezos, and David Sacks all have addresses nearby. The capital has quietly become a new power base for tech’s biggest players, many of whom are now shaping policy, lobbying regulation, or, more recently, building stronger ties with Trump’s inner circle. Or so it seems.
Washington’s billionaires unite
This latest buyer isn’t new to politics, either. He, like a few others looking to stay on the good side of the vengeful leader, was spotted at the White House just hours before news of the deal became public. That same day, reports emerged that Elon Musk could soon step down from his White House advisory role. Coincidence? Maybe. Or maybe the stage is being set for a new tech emissary to this administration.
And now, the name of the buyer. None other than Mark Zuckerberg.

Then he gave Trump $25 million via a lawsuit after he took office.
Now he bought a $23 million house just two blocks from the White House to get Meta out of another lawsuit.
This is blatant bribery and corruption.
A Meta spokesperson confirmed the deal and said the move will help him focus on “policy issues related to American technology leadership.” Others might call it a carefully calculated relocation at a moment when Meta is battling the FTC and Washington influence has never mattered more.
Either way, he’s in. And just down the road from the White House.
