California’s Newsom responds to Supreme Court leaked opinion on Roe v. Wade
On Monday a leaked draft suggested that the U.S. Supreme Court was all set to overturn abortion rights in the country, not something Newsom was accepting.


All it took was a tweet and California governor Gavin Newsom made his position clear.

After Politico reported a leaked draft suggesting that the U.S. Supreme Court was set to overturn abortion rights in the country, following Roe v. Wade, Newsom responded by saying that the state will propose an amendment to ‘enshrine the right to choose’ in the state’s constitution.
