Update:

Costco’s new frozen strawberry lemonade appears to be gaining popularity, especially as a refreshing summer treat. It was just added to the food court menu and is already being discussed frequently online.

Many people describe it as a perfect cool-down after shopping with the beverage advertised as being made with real fruit and having no artificial flavors or colors with the $2.99 price point another attractive proposition.

‘Too sweet’

However, not everyone is gushing about the new drink with a common complaint being that the beverage is “too sweet” for some palates.

The strawberry chunks getting get stuck in the straws, making it difficult to drink is another drawback for many who have tried the lemonade. Some suggest using boba straws or drinking directly from the cup.

Some long-time Costco fans miss the previous strawberry banana smoothie and feel this new lemonade is a “downward spiral” in terms of ingredients with others complaining that the drink is quite bitter.

So, as is always the way, the drink has its fans but also detractors but does seem to be a popular new item from the Costco summer offering.
