Amazon have been selling small prefab homes with a varied offer designed to suit each budget.

The smaller versions are available for approximately $10,000 with more spacious offerings available for around the $30,000 mark.

Once a location has been legally secured, the prefab homes can be built with up to three bedrooms, feature solar panels and the three bedroom version even boasts a large front porch, plus a sliding glass door and several windows to fill the space with natural light.

The standout feature of the three bedroom version is energy efficiency. The prefabricated home can built to include solar panels, but it has features energy saving LED lights throughout.

According to Stabiluxe, the prefabricated homes are easy to assemble with insulation, outlets, windows, doors, and plumbing are built in beforehand with the company offering a hotline for any customers who may have any construction related queries.
