McDonald’s offers limited edition Collector’s Meals: What collectible cups are available?
McDonald’s has successfully released collectibles through the years. Now the fast food giant is bringing back some of the most iconic for a limited time.
McDonald’s has been around since the 1940′s and through the years it has released collectibles, ranging from water glasses to key chains, that have met with great success.
If you are nostalgic for some of the restaurant’s more popular mementos issued in the past, you now have a chance to relive the memories with collectible cups the chain will issue for a limited time.
McDonald’s will be launching the new Collector’s Meal, which will include a collectible cup that would be appreciated by old fans of the fast food joint, as well as spark the curiosity of new ones.
“These new collectible cups commemorate some of our most unforgettable designs and global collaborations over the years, allowing longtime fans to relive treasured moments and helping a new generation make their own lasting memories,” McDonald’s executive Morgan Flatley said in a news release.

Customers can choose from six different designs when they order a particular combo meal.
Here are the illustrations that will be featured on the collectible cups.
- Barbie & Hot Wheels
- Beanie Babies
- Coca-Cola Logo
- Hello Kitty & Peanuts
- McDonald’s Logo
- Shrek, Jurassic Park & Minions
These designs represent some of the most successful keepsakes the restaurant has offered through the decades.
How can I get a Collector’s Meal collectible cup?
You can get a collectible cup with a purchase of a Collector’s Meal any time of day. If you come during breakfast hours, you can get a hold of the cup with a purchase of a combo meal including a Sausage Egg McMuffin, hash brown, and coffee. For the rest of the day, you can acquire the collectible if you order a combo meal with either 10-piece Chicken McNuggets or Big Mac with fries and a drink.
McDonald’s will roll out the Collector’s Meal and the six collectible cups on Tuesday, Aug. 13. You can get them at participating branches online, in stores and at the drive-thru. They will only be available for a limited time.
