Bad news...

Beginning Monday, a new Santa Ana wind event is expected, with meteorologists predicting potentially moderate to strong speeds. This could lead to even more hazardous conditions in areas affected by fires. When high winds are present in a fire-affected area, aerial support cannot operate effectively, allowing the fires to spread.
