Whatever your needs, the majority of supermarkets will remain open over the New Year period, with many chains simply reducing their hours - if at all - through the festive period.

Here’s a look at the major supermarkets across the US and what their plans are for New Year’s, so you can make the best out of yours. With all of these, despite the direction from myself, it’s advisable to check with your local supermarkets for their specific hours, as they are prone to change given the time of year.
