The ‘German farmer’ who left his country and created a self-sufficient forest in Colombia: “I decided to put down roots”

A young German man decided to leave his country to live in the Colombian countryside. For about five years, he has lived in the mountains of Risaralda, where he works on developing an edible forest and growing his own coffee.
