They thought they were illegal peddlers, the police stopped them and everything works out: they were shooting an adult film!
This confusion on a beach in Greece led to the arrest of two of the protagonists.

Two men of African origin were detained on a beach in Chalkidiki, Greece, after being mistaken for street vendors. The police intercepted them after deeming them suspicious.
The incident occurred at the end of the filming of an erotic movie that was being shot on the coast. The male actors, accompanied by a woman of Bulgarian origin, were participating in an outdoor scene, without the local authorities having prior knowledge of the shoot.
After the filming concluded, the local police identified the two men and proceeded to detain them, believing they were engaging in unauthorized street vending. The confusion worsened because the arrested individuals did not speak English and were unable to explain the situation to the officers.
Due to the lack of clarity, the officers took the men to the police station to take their statements. It was then that the owner of the production company responsible for the film was notified, and he came to explain that no crime had been committed—it was an adult audiovisual production.
Seeing is believing
Despite the producer’s explanations, the police were not entirely convinced and demanded proof to support his version of events. They wanted to ensure it wasn’t a cover for another illegal activity.

In response, the production team showed screenshots from the film, clearly showing the individuals involved acting in the scenes. These images were enough to confirm that it was indeed a film shoot. After reviewing the visual material and confirming that no crime had been committed, the police decided to release the two men without pressing charges.
