Santa Claus is coming to town! As the holidays approach, more and more children - and adults - are waiting for him. This legendary character with a red suit and a snow-white beard, is also known as Father Christmas, Kris Kringle or Saint Nicholas, just to list a few of his many names.

Every year, Santa leaves his village at the North Pole to embark on a journey around the world and deliver gifts to billions of children in the company of his reindeer and elves. Once his trip around the globe is over, Santa Claus returns to the comfort of his magical refuge, located in a little corner of Alaska.

According to Zillow, an American technology real estate company, Mr. and Mrs. Claus listed their “cozy storybook abode brimming with warmth and charm” on the market in 2016, which means the property is available for a virtual tour on the company’s website.

According to the official description, Santa’s shelter is a large wooden cabin, which has two bedrooms with an integrated bathroom: The main room of the Claus couple and the guest room. As expected, the decoration of the place consists of stockings hanging next to a large fireplace, as well as dozens of Christmas lights and glitter.

The property also has a cozy kitchen to bake cookies and prepare hot chocolate, in addition to an impeccable office, where you can see the gift wrapping in which the jolly old elf prepares presents. On the outside, Santa’s house has a garage for his sleigh and a workshop to make next year’s toys. To take the 3D tour of Santa’s house, visit Zillow’s official website: Santa’s House 3D Home.
