Update:

A recent revelation by journalist Michael Shellenberger has brought to light an alleged secret Pentagon program known as “Immaculate Constellation.”

According to a whistleblower’s report provided to Congress, this highly classified Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) is dedicated to investigating and studying Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs), more commonly known as UFOs.

The whistleblower’s role and identification remains a mystery.

The program, reportedly created in 2017 following the disclosure of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), is said to operate without proper Congressional oversight.

According to the whistleblower’s report, “Immaculate Constellation” maintains a database of UAP incidents reported by U.S. military personnel and collected through various intelligence sources. The program allegedly includes detailed accounts of UAP encounters, such as orbs surrounding military aircraft and mysterious spheres observed by Navy crews.

Examples in the report

  • A group of orbs surrounded an F-22 and forced it to divert flight path.
  • The crew on an aircraft carrier reported seeing an orange-red orb

One of the most intriguing claims is the mention of “alien reproduction vehicles” (ARVs) being secured within the program. This has fueled speculation about the possibility of reverse-engineering extraterrestrial technology, although the Department of Defense has denied the existence of such a program.
