Income Eligibility:
Household income must be below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line (FPL). Income thresholds vary based on family size:
Two-person household: Annual income must be under $40,880.
For each additional family member, the income limit increases by approximately $10,760.

Family Composition:
Families must have at least one child aged five or younger, who resides with them at least 50% of the time. Documentation, such as proof of guardianship or custody, may be required to verify eligibility.

Demographic Prioritization:
Families with children from American Indian, Alaska Native, or Black/African American communities are given priority. This focus aims to address longstanding racial disparities in access to economic opportunities and resources.
