Rockstar Games

Grand Theft Auto 6 is perhaps the most anticipated video game in recent years, a title scheduled for release this fall and expected to be one of the most impressive titles in the history of the medium. The year 2025 has begun with games that are clear contenders for Game of the Year (GOTY), and that under normal circumstances there would not be too many doubts about it; but the work of Rockstar Games paralyzed everything before what aims to be a phenomenon of sales and players as rarely seen.

The sixth installment will take place in Vice City, the mythical city that was part of one of the most popular installments of the saga, originally released for PlayStation 2 in the distant year of 2002. One of the locations that we were able to see in the game was searched and compared with Google Earth, and it looks exactly like an area of Miami known as San Marino Island, an exclusive residential neighborhood within the Venetian Islands of Miami Beach. What stands out? The in-game image looks so realistic that some X (formerly Twitter) users point out that it’s even better and more realistic than the real thing.

The most anticipated game of the decade

GTA 6 is a game that many expect to mark a new era in the video game industry, not only for its outstanding graphical quality and all that it will offer, but also for the possibilities offered by a franchise that, in its fifth installment, has shown that there are no limits for its players.
