Final Fantasy VII Rebirth interactive map: where to find all intel, caches, secrets, and more

The open world of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is quite vast, so here’s an interactive map to help you find everything there is while exploring the different regions of Gaia.

Update:
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth has quickly become one of the main contenders for Game of the Year of 2024, with critics and fans raving about the way it expands on what Remake built a couple of years ago. Chief among these evolutions to its gameplay is the addition of open areas full of locations and activities to find and do, and as such, it is all a bit overwhelming for some players.

Thankfully, as has become almost tradition now, MapGenie already has a complete map of the various regions of the world of FFVII, known as Gaia. They’ve managed to take all of the different regions and splice them together into a huge map that indicates where you can find in each of them, helpfully tagging all sorts of points of interest including World Intel minigames, special fights, scenic spots, treasure chests, and much more.

It doesn’t take FFVII Rebirth too much time before you are dropped into the open world, giving you full access to the first of many open regions. If you’ve been having trouble finding exactly where you need to go to complete sidequests or unlocking all of the World Intel tasks given to you by Chadley, then this tool might be very helpful to you.

We’ve embedded the map above for your convenience, but you can always go right on ahead to MapGenie to enjoy the full features of the map, which includes being able to filter the icons on the map by whatever you may want. Of course, be warned that the map shows every single area in the game, so Spoilers are to be expected.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is now available exclusively on PlayStation 5.
