Goodbye skin! Fallout Season 2 ends production, and this is how Walter Goggins celebrates
After a filming marked by unforeseen events, the cast celebrates with enthusiasm on social media.

One of the shows that surprised us the most in 2024 was Fallout. Prime Video’s television adaptation managed to transport us to the wasteland, with all its idiosyncrasies and characteristic post-apocalyptic touch. It was no surprise that the series not only left us with a great cliffhanger, but was quickly renewed for a second season. After a few hiccups along the way, such as the Los Angeles fires earlier this year, Fallout Season 2 has officially wrapped filming, and its stars are celebrating.
Through social media, the official Fallout account announced the end of production with a very special video starring Walton Goggins, who plays the Ghoul. “Achievement unlocked! Fallout Season 2 has wrapped production,” the tweet reads, as Goggins is seen removing his character’s makeup with obvious delight.
At the same time, Ella Purnell took to her Instagram account to share a photo alongside Kyle MacLachlan, also announcing the end of filming. “Aaaaand that’s a wrap on @falloutonprime season 2, folks!” she wrote.
Waiting to Return to the Wasteland
After an excellent first season - you can read our review here - the wait to return to the Wasteland has become long. For now, we have some details about what awaits us in the second installment, with New Vegas as one of the main scenarios that this particular group of protagonists will be heading towards.
At the moment, there is no premiere date for this season, but we can only hope that it will be ready to return in the first half of 2026.
