GTA 6 confirms the first map locations outside of Vice City, and they’re crazy as hell
Rockstar’s latest reveals showcase stunning environments across the state of Leonida.

Rockstar Games has officially unveiled several new locations beyond Vice City, expanding the world of Grand Theft Auto VI into a diverse and visually spectacular setting.
Here’s a breakdown of the confirmed areas:
Ambrosia
Located on the outskirts of Leonida, Ambrosia is an industrial hub filled with factories and smokestacks, contrasting sharply with the natural beauty surrounding Vice City. Its wide streets make it an ideal spot for illegal street racing.

Leonida Keys
South of Vice City, the Leonida Keys offer a luxurious coastal retreat. Wealthy residents take to the waters in yachts and speedboats, flaunting their status. Beneath the surface, diverse marine life awaits those willing to explore.

Grassrivers
Inspired by Florida’s swamps, Grassrivers is a dangerous wetland teeming with alligators and treacherous terrain. One wrong step could leave you sinking into the mud or facing a deadly predator.

Mount Kalaga National Park
Leonida isn’t just flat, Mount Kalaga National Park offers hiking trails, water sports, and off-road adventures. If you enjoy muddy terrain and extreme biking, this is the place to be.

Port Gellhorn
A gritty, crime-ridden district on the outskirts of Vice City, Port Gellhorn is home to nightclubs, motels, and heavily armed criminals. It’s a key location for the drug trade, making it one of the most dangerous places in Leonida.

Vice City
The heart of Leonida, Vice City has evolved beyond its neon-lit, 1980s reputation. In 2025, it remains eccentric and chaotic, reflecting the best and worst of society. While glamour still thrives, the city’s darker side emerges after sunset.

With GTA 6 set to launch on May 26, 2026, Rockstar continues to tease new details about the game’s expansive world. Fans can expect more reveals leading up to release.
