What are Fortnite Web Battles and how do I participate to get free items?
Web Battles is a web promotion from Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse in Fortnite. By participating and completing the activities, we can get free in-game items. Here’s what you need to do to participate:
- We go to the Web Battles website and log in with our Fortnite account.
- We choose whether to join Spider-Man 2099 or Miles Morales’ teams.
- We play Fortnite and try to do what the web tasks ask us to do in order for our team to win.
Web Battles work like this: when we sign up, we join the team of Miguel O’Hara (Spider-Man 2099) or the team of Miles Morales, and at the end of each of the five days, the team that has scored more points on the task at hand wins. For example, the first day’s task is to eliminate opponents. At the end of that day, the team with the most points wins, and the team members receive their rewards. We can only score points while playing the Battle Royale and Zero Build game modes.
Fortnite Web Battles will be available between May 18 and May 23 at 11:59 PM ET.
