WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC
Japan’s Shohei Ohtani’s Randy Arozarena celebration in the World Baseball Classic semi-final against Mexico
Mexico and Japan faced each other in the WBC semi-final, with Shohei Ohtani leading his country to victory.
In one of the most explosive games of recent times, the World Baseball Classic match-up between Japan and Mexico fought it out for a place in the final.
Of the Mexican roster, one of the standout names has been Randy Arozarena who, with his strong performances, has captured the hearts of the fans and become a key player in the side. Arozarena is also taking the headlines for what is quickly becoming his signature pose after games, standing towards the camera with his arms crossed across his chest.
Arozarena patent pending...
Arozarena will no doubt have to patent and copyright the style that is already being copied by some of baseball’s best, including Japan and Los Angeles Angels star Shohei Ohtani, who caught the bug and posed next to Arozarena before the semi-final game.
