Detroit Tigers trade Tarik Skubal to Los Angeles: The Dodgers now have baseball’s scariest starting pitcher rotation

The Dodgers want another World Series ring and they now have got a starting rotation to get them there. The incredible part of this deal is that they didn’t seem to give up too much to get Skubal.

The Dodgers sent OF Zyhir Hope from Double-A, RHP River Ryan from Triple-A, and RHP Brady Smith currently in High-A.

What does the Dodgers’ starting pitching rotation look like now?

Scary. Frightening. Intimidating. The six starters in the Dodgers’ roster are dominant MLB pitchers with impressive stats. This is the rotation hat Tarik Skubal and his 2.79 ERA will be joining:

• Shohei Ohtani: 8-2 record in 2026 and a 2.92 ERA
• Blake Snell: 5-4 record in 2026 and a 2.35 ERA
• Tyler Glasnow: 3-0 record in 2026 and a 2.72 ERA
• Yoshinobu Yamamoto: 11-7 record in 2026 and a 2.76 ERA
• Justin Wrobleski: 11-2 record in 2026 and a 2.88 ERA

The Dodgers have the pitching, there’s no doubt about that, now all they need is their superstar lineup to get some hits, make some runs and with that combination we’ll definitely see the Dodgers in another World Series.
