2025 NBA Playoffs schedule: matchups in East and West, bracket, game dates and times

The 16-team line-up for the 2025 NBA Playoffs is set, after the last two spots were snapped up in the final Play-In games on Friday night.

What happened in the Play-In on Friday?

In the East, the Miami Heat won in Atlanta and became the first 10th seed (37-45 in the regular season) to win two road games to make it through the Play-In: having defeated the Bulls in Chicago, they overcame the Hawks in overtime.

In the West, the Grizzlies took charge of their duel with the Mavericks in the first quarter and kept Dallas’s desperate attempts at bay in the second half, to ensure the Texans will not defend their Western Conference title.

Memphis advances as the No. 8 seed and will play against the West’s top seed, the Oklahoma City Thunder. By the same token, the eighth-seeded Heat will face the East’s best regular-season team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.
