Are the Warriors eliminated if they lose tonight against the Grizzlies in the NBA Play-in game?
The Golden State Warriors secured a seventh place finish in the Western Conference and have two bites of the cherry to make the playoffs.

The NBA Play In tournament commences on Tuesday night with eight teams battling for the two available places left in each conference with matchup between seventh-place team in the Western Conference, the Golden State Warriors hosting Memphis Grizzlies (8th in the west) arguably the most intriguing game.
Sunday’s final day in the regular season was particularly frantic in the Western Conference with plenty to be decided going into the final round of games. The match of the day took place in San Francisco as the Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors battled for a direct playoff spot. LA won out in overtime and wrapped up the five seed in the West condemning the Warriors to a Play-In path as the ‘Clips’ advanced.
Clear mission. Let’s go.

What lies in store for Golden State?
Having finished seventh, just one place from an automatic playoff spot was gut-wrenching for the Warriors but they do have two bites of the cherry at advancing to the hallowed land of the playoffs.
A win on Tuesday over Memphis sees Steph Curry and co. secure a 7th seed which would deliver a match-up against No. 2 seed Houston.

Should the Warriors lose to the Grizzlies, then they would the winners of the Sacramento-Dallas game and then the winner of that contest would secure an 8th seed place and meet top seeds in the West, OKC in the playoffs with the former a more attractive path for the men from the Bay Area.
