LeBron James continues to rewrite the NBA record books. In the Los Angeles Lakers’ matchup against the Boston Celtics on Sunday, he became the first player in league history to reach 43,000 career regular‑season points.
LeBron’s landmark haul
LeBron finished the night with 20 points, leaving the four-time NBA champion on 43,008 regular-season points since his debut in 2003.
Against the Celtics, the 41-year-old also registered five assists, four rebounds, two steals, and a block in 34 minutes of action - but his efforts weren’t enough to prevent the Lakers from losing 111-89 at Crypto.com Arena.
