This collective dominance marks the first time since 2019 that all No. 1 seeds have advanced to this stage, fueling speculation of a rare all No. 1 seed Final Four, a feat not seen since 2008.

One standout from the action-packed games was Duke’s Jared McCain, 30 points including eight 3-pointers, whose stellar performance against James Madison stole the spotlight. Meanwhile, Alabama came through a hard-fought battle against the surprise winners from the previous round, Grand Canyon, although it needed a late comeback.
