A victory tonight for Madrid would allow the celebratory cries to ring out. They have won all their post-confinement games thus far and so the thought of them doing so again is reasonable.

Maybe it coincides with reading Sergio del Molino's latest book, ‘Lugares fuera de sitio’ (Out of place locations) that inspired me with today's headline.

Last week Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy visited the AS newsroom. The visit was part of our 50th anniversary which we celebrated last December
