Kansas City Chiefs mock draft

First Round

As the defending Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs had the last pick in the first round, but they could still secure a valuable addition to their team. Troy Fautanu, an outstanding offensive tackle, was still available at the 32nd pick, and the Chiefs can jump at the chance to bring him on board. With Fautanu’s potential to make an immediate impact, the Chiefs’ front office can be safe with this selection.

Second Round

Moving to the second round, the Chiefs need to continue building their team, selecting Xavier Worthy, a wide receiver who excels in yards after the catch. Leas’s skill set is expected to fit perfectly into the Chiefs’ dynamic offensive scheme, and he is poised to impact the team’s receiving corps immediately.

Third Round

In the third round, the Chiefs can add Jaylen Wright, a running back with incredible playmaking abilities. Wright’s speed and agility are expected to elevate the team’s offense to new heights, and he could be a valuable asset for years to come.

Fourth and Fifth Rounds

The Chiefs need to focus on defense in the fourth and fifth rounds by selecting cornerback Elijah Jones and safety Ty Smith to add depth and playmaking ability to their secondary. These picks could bring the Chiefs added versatility and depth on the defensive end of the field.

Sixth and Seventh Rounds

In the draft’s final rounds, the Chiefs can still play out some strategic choices, such as securing universal players like Mason McCormack and Anthony Gold to provide depth across various positions. These players are expected to contribute to the team in multiple ways and will be valuable assets to the Chiefs’ roster.

Overall, the Chiefs can have a successful draft, securing a haul of talented prospects who could be expected to impact the team immediately. With their new additions, the Chiefs will have great potential to continue their winning streak and compete for a third consecutive Super Bowl victory.
