Update:

The Jacksonville Jaguars traded up to snag two-way player Travis Hunter in the NFL Draft, No. 2 overall. The Colorado phenomenon is a stunning wide receiver and cornerback whose ability to play at an elite level at both positions has placed him in a category of his own.

But it turns out, there’s a third position Hunter could play as well.

Travis Hunter: Three-way player?

Hunter has repeatedly said that he is set on playing both positions - defense and offense - in the NFL. He stated that he’d rather not play at all than play for a team that limits him to just one position.

While many speculated that it wouldn’t be possible, the Jaguars have said they do plan to utilize him at both, slowly integrating the two positions to eventually have him on each full time.

As it turns out, Hunter could also potentially play a third position - quarterback.

In a video posted on Reddit, Hunter was throwing the ball back and forth with his new coach Liam Coen.

“You know I can play quarterback too, right?” Hunter told Coen. “I can throw the ball, so like trick play...” He then threw the ball to Coen and said “See? I can do that! I played quarterback, but I chose the other route.”
