Bill Belichick “wouldn’t be surprised” if this team won Super Bowl LIX
The NFL legend has analysed the upcoming game between the Bills and the Chiefs, giving his final prediction.

The tension is rising ahead of the Super Bowl but first, we need to see which teams make it through by winning their conference championship games.
First up, we’ve got the Eagles against the Commanders. After that, the Buffalo Bills will take on the reigning champions, the Kansas City Chiefs. And that’s exactly who Bill Belichick has been talking about.
Ahead of the action, former general manager of the New England Patriots Bill Belichick was a guest on the Pat McAfee Show, when he revealed which sides he thought had a chance at winning the famous trophy.
Belichick lauds Kelce, Allen and Mahomes
“You’ve got some really close games that have come down to a couple of plays, and Kansas City has made those last couple of times”, he said.
“In the end this game, I think the game on Sunday has nothing to do with the previous games, it’ll be a another situation where if the game comes down to a couple late plays at the end - not that they aren’t critical throughout - it’ll just be who makes them.
“Do I think Josh Allen can make the plays? Absolutely. Do I think Mahomes and Kelce are capable of making them? Absolutely.”

Belichick predicts ‘tough’ match for Kelce’s Chiefs
“But that’s why they play the game, it’ll be a great match up. I do think the Bills go in there with a really good football team, and Kansas, you can never count them out. It’ll be tough for Kansas City, I really do", admitted the 72-year-old.
“Both teams are really good and it will be tough for Kansas City, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the team that wins that game are the favourite in the Super Bowl“, Belichick concluded.
