Cam Little has etched his name into the NFL record books. The Jacksonville Jaguars kicker nailed a monster field-goal on Sunday, setting a new mark for the longest kick in league history.
Late in the first half of the Jaguars’ Week 9 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, quarterback Trevor Lawrence connected on a pass over the middle, pushing the offense just far enough to give Little a shot. With four seconds left on the clock, the 22-year-old kicker stepped up and delivered.
How long was Little’s kick?
The kick was officially measured at 68 yards, surpassing the previous record of 66 yards set by Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker in 2021.
Little’s big NFL impact
While Little had already hit a 70-yarder during the preseason, this one counts in the record books - and it underscores his power and precision under pressure.
Drafted by the Jaguars in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft, Little has been nothing short of impressive. As a rookie, he converted 93.1% of his field goal attempts, showcasing both consistency and clutch ability.
