Dallas Cowboys vs. Tennessee Titans: What to expect
The Tennessee Titans are coming from a defeat by the Houston Texans, the worst team in the NFL, and have dropped to a 7-8 tie with the Jacksonville Jaguars for the top spot in the AFC South. Last week’s result also extends the Titans’ losing streak to five. They are the team with the most injuries in the league, and have ruled eight of their players out of Thursday’s game against the Cowboys.
They will meet Jacksonville in Week 18 in a fight-or-die situation, as the winner of that game will clinch the lead in the AFC South division. A win against Dallas would help them gain some momentum before next week’s crucial battle, but given the injuries their players are nursing, it was a better bet to sit them out and give them a chance to recover.
