For months, rumors of the separation between Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have been shared. It was not until October last year that both confirmed their separation after 13 years of marriage.

According to a legal document obtained by People, the petition for dissolution of marriage was filed and finalized on October 28 in Glades County, Florida. Their marriage was declared officially dissolved and “irretrievably broken.”

Since then, both have focused on their respective professional careers, as well as their children. Both have tried to evade the issue of their divorce publicly. However, Gisele could break her silence soon in a new interview.

Since her divorce was finalized, Bündchen has plunged back into her work, so she’s willing to break her silence about her split from Tom Brady in an interview for the cover of Vanity Fair, a source revealed to Page Six.

According to sources, the model is likely to pose for a magazine cover and will speak in depth about her divorce from Brady for the first time. Although a VF spokesperson told Page Six who don't usually comment on editorial rumors, a Condé Nast source told Page Six: “ I could see this as a cover to celebrate Earth Month in April, as it's a subject close to Gisele's heart. But it could also be a summer cover.”

The model previously graced the cover of Vanity Fair in September 2007 and May 2009. An industry insider also told Page Six: “I think this makes sense for Gisele. She has come out of the divorce looking independent and smart.”

Bündchen, who topped Forbes’ list of highest-paid models from 2002 to 2016, took a step back from that career to raise her children: 12-year-old Benjamin and 9-year-old Vivian. However, after the divorce, Gisele has refocused on her career.

Earlier this month, the model headlined the campaign for Louis Vuitton’s Yayoi Kusama collection, posing topless in jeans while modeling the brand’s new bag collection. Since then, she has been seen filming beachside in Miami. Additionally, sources told People that Gisele is likely to attend this year’s Met Gala.
