It’s not the Chiefs and it’s not the Eagles - this is the only NFL team with straight A’s on the NFLPA report card
The NFL Player’s Association released their annual report cards for each team, in which the players grade their own teams across multiple categories.

Every year, the NFL Player’s Association conducts a survey for the 32 NFL teams. The star players grade their own team across 11 different categories. The idea is for the NFLPA to use this information to form a report card and improve the working conditions for the players.

The Miami Dolphins ace the NFLPA annual report card
The categories in which NFL players graded their teams are these:
- Treatment of families
- Food/dining area
- Nutritionist/dietician
- Locker room
- Training room
- Training staff
- Weight room
- Strength coaches
- Team travel
- Head coach
- Ownership
The Miami Dolphins were the highest-ranked team, with an A+ in almost every category. There were just three categories in which they scored an A rather than an A+.

Half of the NFL teams earned two or fewer A’s on their report card, including the Super Bowl champions Philadelphia Eagles, who ranked 22nd overall. The New England Patriots and New York Jets were the only two teams to not receive an A in one single category.
So comparatively, the Dolphins' report card is quite impressive, despite the players' morale not showing in the results on the field.
Who had the worst NFLPA report card in 2025?
The lowest-ranked of the 32 NFL teams is the Arizona Cardinals. The only category in which they received an A was for head coach Jonathan Gannon. Otherwise, they received a few B’s, a few C’s, several D’s, and an F for the weight room and F- for the locker room. Michael Bidwill received a D- for his ownership.

Bidwill has been criticized on multiple occasions for his lack of investment in the team and treatment of those he works with. The Cardinals players have complained about the facilities at State Farm Stadium in recent years as well, as they don’t have modern lounges or enough lockers. The report also noted that players requested “upgraded food programs with more variety and higher-quality offerings” as well as pregame sideline passes for their families.
