Micah Parsons suffers nightmare injury: How long is the Packers star out for?
The Green Bay Packers pass rusher suffered a non-contact knee injury during Sunday’s loss to the Denver Broncos.

Micah Parsons has reportedly suffered a torn ACL, likely ruling him out for the remainder of the season for the Green Bay Packers.
The four-time Pro Bowler went down with a non-contact knee injury in the third quarter of the 26-34 loss to the Denver Broncos. He took an awkward step and tumbled to the floor, holding his knee as he fell.
Parsons immediately received medical assistance on the field, before being helped off the field by two members of team staff. He headed straight to the locker room and was not seen after.

NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that the injury is an ACL tear. This type of injury is a major setback for NFL players, often requiring surgery and a long spell on the sidelines. The recovery from ACL tears can take between 8-12 months.
Speaking after the game, Green Bay head coach Matt LaFleur said simply: “It didn’t look good. I’ll leave it at that."
The injury is a massive blow for the Packers, who have had good value for the massive four-year, $188 million deal handed to the former Dallas Cowboys star earlier this year. Parsons had a league-leading 60 pressures heading into the Week 15 games, with an impressive 12.5 sacks in his debut season in Green Bay.
