Official 2026 NFL Draft order: Every team’s first round spot
The 2026 NFL Draft starts this Thursday with Round 1 and the Las Vegas Raiders on the clock first. Here’s the updated order after trades.
The 2026 NFL season won’t start for another four months, but the first big event of the offseason starts this week. The NFL Draft begins this Thursday in Pittsburgh, when all 32 teams will make their selections of top college athletes to add to their roster.
The Las Vegas Raiders, who finished the 2025 season at 3-14, will get the first pick in the draft this year, while the Super Bowl LX winners Seattle Seahawks will pick last in Round 1.
Last week, the Cincinnati Bengals pulled a shocking move when they made a trade with the New York Giants to acquire defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence in exchange for their No. 10 overall pick. With the draft just two days away, here is the updated order for the first round (as of Tuesday April 21).

When and where is the NFL Draft?
The 2026 NFL Draft begins with Round 1 on Thursday, April 23 starting at 8 p.m. ET. Rounds 2-3 will take place on Friday, April 24 at 7 p.m. ET followed by Rounds 4-7 on Saturday, April 25 at noon ET. It will be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania outside Acrisure Stadium, with the North Shore of the Allegheny River outside the stadium used as the Draft Theater and Main Stage.
This year, teams will only have eight minutes to make their selections as opposed to the ten minutes they were given in previous years.
