Ranking of the best 2024 NFL schedule release videos: Patriots, Chargers, Eagles...

Teams celebrated the upcoming season yesterday after the release of the 2024 NFL schedule, and social media was abuzz with all types of videos.

In what has become a yearly tradition, NFL teams are taking social media by storm with their annual schedule release videos. The NFL’s commercialization through social media has arrived—not that they hadn’t done it yet, but it’s now here to stay.

The schedule release videos have become the best commercials for the Super Bowl on social media. Teams built these videos ahead of time, hoping that their video would be the best of the day. Some clubs spent thousands of dollars to create the best schedule release video and set themselves apart from the herd. It has become a way to tell how the season will be for those teams.

Here are the top 2024 NFL schedule release videos

1) Los Angeles Chargers: Once again, they have the best video of them all! The SIMS parody is gold. They dissed everything and everyone on their schedule. Not even Taylor Swift was spared from the Chargers machine.

2) The New England Patriots: How do you like them apples!!! Any Good Will Hunting parody deserves to be the be in the top of a ranking. Plus, you got Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman as your main actors, making the whole thing comedy gold.

3) Philadelphia Eagles: Eagles fans are amazing; some of the best—I mean, we don’t want them to protest our small newspaper. Their fans are a bit intense, and this video is great—a reflection that maybe therapy is the best option to let go of the anger a bit.

4) The Pittsburgh Steelers: This is one of my favorite videos of the day. Who doesn’t love a good dad joke? Well, it seems Deebo Harrison, the Steelers legend, didn’t appreciate the jokes very much. This is an amazing low-budget video that truly hits the mark.

5) Dallas Cowboys: The video is a funny way to make fun at the expense of a prank call. The trend spread to Dallas, who called some of the most well-known fans of each of their opponents and tried to scare them a bit.

These are just some of the best videos we saw this year. The tradition seems to continue for some time. As the trend continues, expect the complexity of the videos to grow increasingly grandiose. For now, it’s all fun, and fans wait eagerly for them.
