This is Alivia Callaghan: Lions’ DE Aidan Hutchinson’s rumored fitness coach girlfriend

Detroit Lions defensive end Aidan Hutchinson made an impact in the NFL immediately in his rookie season in 2023. Since then, fans have taken a deep interest in his life, including of course, his personal life. A big part of that is his rumored girlfriend Alivia Rose Callaghan, who is as impressive as Hutchinson is.

Meet Alivia Callaghan

Alivia Cunningham is originally from Novi, Michigan. She is a triplet together with her sister Alex and brother Jack, and her mother, Cassandra Callaghan, raised the three of them on her own.

She went to college at Michigan State University and it was during her time there that she met Hutchinson although he went to rival school University of Michigan. It’s not clear exactly how the two met, though it’s speculated that it was through mutual friends. They started dating in early 2022.

Alivia graduated from Michigan State in 2024 with a degree in Advertising Management and a minor in Business. She has experience working in administration and also worked as marketing intern at a law firm. She is now a fitness instructor at Orangetheory.

Since she and Hutchinson started dating, she’s been a constant presence and support in his life. She has been cheering him on at games, including the Lions’ playoff run in 2024.
