This is Olivia Ponton: Bengals’ QB Joe Burrow’s social media influencer girlfriend

The 2025 NFL season is edging ever closer, which means football’s top stars, along with their significant others, will soon be back in the spotlight having stepped into the background somewhat during the offseason. Travis Kelce, cheered on by Taylor Swift, will continue to grab much of the attention, although another face might become very familiar to us before too long - that of Olivia Ponton.

Who is Olivia Ponton?

Ponton is a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and social media influencer who is rumored to be dating Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow.

The pair were first linked in unusual circumstances in December last year, when it was reported Ponton was the person who called 911 when the NFL player’s $7.5 million Cincinnati home was being broken into, just as the QB was in Dallas playing against the Cowboys.

It came to light, via the phone call Ponton’s mother made to the police, that the 23-year-old was staying at Burrow’s house, although Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office records showed she was one of his employees.

However, their recent activity suggests there may be more to their relationship.

Burrow and Ponton’s recent “dates”

A month after they attended the Miami Grand Prix together, they were again seen out and about in New York last weekend, with TMZ Sports reporting they were “attached at the hip all night” as they made their way from one celebrity hotspot to the next, eventually entering an apartment building together at 3am.

Ponton, who lives in New York, is friends with fellow SI Swimsuit model Olivia Dunne, a former gymnast Burrow met during his time at LSU.

So, is the influencer simply an “employee” going above and beyond, or is there something entirely different going on? Ponton, with over 8 million TikTok followers, is a frequent social media user but has so far resisted the urge to reference Burrow in any posts.

But with the 2025 NFL season starting in just over two months, it could soon be more difficult for the duo to stay out of the spotlight.
