This is the music on the Spotify playlist that Dianna Russini allegedly made for Mike Vrabel in 2022

Former The Athletic reporter Dianna Russini may have made a Spotify playlist specifically for Mike Vrabel back in 2022. Here are the songs she added.

Update:

The online speculation surrounding Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel has taken another unexpected turn, this time involving a Spotify playlist that dates back to 2022.

The Spotify jams Russini made for Vrabel (possibly)

NFL fans recently resurfaced a playlist titled “TURNIN THE PAGE”, which was reportedly created by Russini and shared with a user named “Mike” on December 19, 2022. The timing immediately caught attention, as it coincided with a four-game losing streak for the Tennessee Titans, who were coached by Vrabel at the time. From there, the internet did what it does best.

The playlist itself has become a focal point of the discussion, not just because of its title, but because of the songs included. According to those who viewed it before it was taken down or made private, the mix leaned heavily into classic rock and country, with artists like Guns N’ Roses, Motley Crue, and AC/DC, along with country staples such as Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs. Here are 15 of the songs on the playlist:

  1. “CUFF IT” by Beyoncé
  2. “Big Energy” by Latto
  3. “BREAK MY SOUL” by Beyoncé
  4. “House Party” by Sam Hunt
  5. “My Love” by Route 94, Jess Glynne
  6. “Pump It Louder” by Tiësto, Black Eyed Peas
  7. “Raise Your Glass” by P!nk
  8. “Bass Down Low” by DEV, The Cataracs
  9. “Can’t Stop” by The Red Hot Chili Peppers
  10. “Last Resort” by Papa Roach
  11. “Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns N’ Roses
  12. “Photograph” by Def Leppard
  13. “God of Thunder” by KISS
  14. “Dance the Night Away” by Van Halen
  15. “Renegade” by Styx

One song in particular, “Renegade” by Styx, drew extra attention. It has long been associated with Vrabel’s known musical tastes, having reportedly appeared in past playlists tied to him. That led some fans and commentators to speculate that the playlist may have been curated with him in mind.

Of course, none of that has been confirmed. The playlist’s existence, title, and song list have been widely circulated online, but there is no verified proof tying the “Mike” account directly to Vrabel. The connection remains circumstantial, but the timing, musical overlap, and the current situation surrounding the two makes it hard not to speculate.

That “situation”, in case you missed it, stems from reports earlier this month, when photos published by Page Six showed Russini and Vrabel together at a resort in Arizona. The images quickly went viral and sparked widespread conversation, particularly given both are married. Neither Russini nor Vrabel has confirmed any relationship beyond that.

The resurfaced playlist has only added fuel to that speculation, especially after some users claimed that the Spotify profiles connected to the playlist were later removed or made inaccessible. That detail, while unverified, has further amplified online curiosity.

In reality, the playlist may ultimately prove to be nothing more than a coincidence. Shared names are common, and music taste overlap isn’t exactly rare, especially when it comes to widely popular rock and country tracks. But that has never stopped the internet sleuths.
