As they head into the Week 11 clash, both the Packers and the Titans are somewhat battered and bruised. At this point, it will be a question of well they can cope without some of their key players available on Thursday night.

David Bakhtiari is still a doubt

The harsh reality facing the Green Bay Packers’ offensive line, is that there is no guarantee that two of their most important cogs will be on the field on Thursday night. At present, left tackle David Bakhtiari and left guard Elgton Jenkins are still listed as questionable for Thursday night’s game against the Tennessee Titans, meaning it will likely be a game time decision where the pair are concerned. It’s worth noting, that the Packers didn’t practice this week, but the truth be told, neither Bakhtiari nor Jenkins would have trained if they did. The pair were present for all 64 snaps in Sunday’s victory over the Dallas Cowboys, so it would appear that coach Matt LaFleur has opted for a cautious approach coming into this one. The question that remains is: Will it pay off?

Titans sweat on Jeffery Simmons but there are others

The Titans and their fans will have good reason to be nervous about their trip to Green Bay. Ahead of Thursday’s game Tennessee ruled out five players, including starting center Ben Jones (concussion), starting outside linebacker Bud Dupree (hip) and starting safety Amani Hooker. The real problem for the Titans, however, is the continued doubts surrounding star defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons. Indeed, along with cornerback Elijah Molden, Simmons did not practice on Wednesday after being limited on Tuesday. At this point, Simmons will likely be a game time decision.
