When is the 2024 NFL Draft?
With the Super Bowl now over, people’s attention turns to the 2024 Draft, which is not far away.
The wheel of sport never stops; it constantly turns as we move from one event to the other. The glitter is still on the Allegiant Stadium pitch in Las Vegas but already eyes and minds are focussed on the 2024 NFL Draft, which is set to held held shortly.
The Kansas City Chiefs overcame a tough San Francisco 49ers side who looked to have the result in the bag; Andy Reid magic in the end saw the coach bathed in purple Gatorade and Taylor Swift puckering up to a jubilant Travis Kelce post game.
With the draft around the corner, we take a look at where and when it’s set to be held.
Super Bowl:
The 2024 NFL draft is set to be held at Campus Martius Park and Hart Plaza in Detroit, Michigan. It will take place from Thursday April 25, 2024 and run until Saturday April 27, 2024. Round 1 of the draft will begin at 8 p.m. ET. Entry to the event is in fact free, although ticekts are handed out using a draw and people must register online to declare an interest.
The top five picks will be Chicago Bears (via Carolina) up first, before the Washington Commanders, New England Patriots, Arizona Cardinals and the Los Angeles Chargers. There are hugely promising players this time round with Caleb Williams, Drake Maye and Marvin Harrison, who are all the favourites for the draw.
