The final regular season event on the PGA Tour’s 2021-22 schedule takes place this week in Greensboro, North Carolina, before the FedEx Cup playoff begins its festivities.

From prize money to TV and streaming info, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know for the first round of the 2022 Wyndham Championship.

Who to watch at the 2022 PGA Wyndham Championship?

The tournament will begin on Aug 3 through Aug 7 at the Sedgefield Country Club, the golf course that’s been hosting the event since 2008. Defending champ Kevin Kisner returns to Greensboro after a fierce six-man playoff in 2021, when he birdied the second playoff hole, beating Kevin Na, Branden Grace, Si Woo Kim, Adam Scott and Roger Sloan for the title.

In addition to Kisner, this year’s field also features past FedExCup champs Billy Horschel and Justin Rose, as well as Webb Simpson, Will Zalatoris and more. Zalatoris is the highest-ranked player in the field and will be looking to gather momentum to carry with him into the postseason. The 25-year-old California-native is definitely one to keep an eye on.

And because Sundays are usually full of surprises, we can’t forget about Chesson Hadley’s Sunday action a year ago. The 35-year-old shot a final-round 62, making his unprecedented career hole-in-one in the process, to earn the final playoff spot by a single point and jump from No. 132 to No. 125 in the FedEx Cup points standings. Be on the lookout for some similar action next week.
