So, if Bhatia and Gotterup are tied after 72 holes, for example, Gotterup will tee off first on No. 18 and if Bhatia scores a birdie and Gotterup a par, the playoff is over and Bhatia wins. If they finish hole 18 with the same score, they will go to the 17th hole and so on until someone wins.
