Arsenal vs PSG head-to-head: Full record, past results, and Champions League history
A closer look at Arsenal and PSG’s limited but eventful history ahead of their Champions League final meeting in Budapest.

Arsenal will take on Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final at Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary, on May 30, reigniting a rivalry that has ramped up significantly in recent seasons.
A rivalry built quickly
The two teams have only faced each other seven times, but three of those meetings came in last season’s Champions League, won, of course, by PSG.
Luis Enrique’s team defeated the Gunners both home and away in the semifinals, although those are the French club’s only two victories in previous encounters. Arsenal, meanwhile, won last season’s group stage clash, which took place several months before the teams met in the last four.
Prior to 2024-25, three of the four matchups had ended in draws, including both games in the 2016-17 group stage.

A history stretching back to the 1990s
Arsenal got the better of PSG when the clubs were first drawn to face each other in the semifinals of the now-defunct Cup Winners’ Cup in 1994. The Premier League side went on to win the tournament, just its second European trophy after the 1970 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup, which was also abolished the following year.
