The SIGA Summit on Female Leadership in Sport is making its debut in Dubai on April 8, 2025, following three successful editions in Manhattan. Hosted by SIGA founding member Mastercard and organised by the Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA), the event will spotlight gender equity and good governance in the sports industry.

Set in Dubai, a global hub for innovation and business, the summit will bring together top female leaders and male allies to drive meaningful change in sports leadership. Key discussions will cover governance, commercialisation of women’s sports, sustainability, athlete activism, and mentorship.
